On Thursday, April 3rd, Inprosec presented a new webinar titled “Proactive Access Risk Management at Campofrío Food Group (Sigma in Europe) using SAP GRC AC and PC”

During this session, our SAP security and SAP GRC expert, José Martín, along with Álvaro López, Internal Control Manager at Campofrío Food Group (Sigma Alimentos), shared with the public a success story previously presented at the Internal Controls, Compliance and Risk Management Conference 2025. In this talk, they delved into how one of the largest companies in the food sector has implemented SAP GRC solutions to manage and mitigate access risks.

The presentation covered the main actions taken over the past few years to reduce access risks using SAP GRC Access Control (AC) and SAP GRC Process Controls (PC). Key topics included the evolution of the risk matrix and the implementation of compensatory controls for critical IT and business access. Additionally, the presentation explored how Campofrío has optimized its internal processes, achieving an 89% reduction in access-related risks and establishing a robust role management model.

Attendees also had the opportunity to gain a detailed insight into future actions planned to improve the efficiency of current processes and maximize return on investment through the automation of controls and the integration of new technologies within the global control framework.
