On Monday, April 17th, the Business Factory Auto (BFA) initiative, launched in 2016 by the Galician Government, the Vigo Free Zone Consortium, the PSA Group and the Galician Automotive Cluster (CEAGA), completed its third edition. During this time, its objectives have focused on promoting and supporting entrepreneurship and innovation in the automotive industry in Galicia.
According to forecasts, the companies participating in the three editions will reach a turnover of 33 million euros by the end of 2019. In 2020, it is expected to reach 70 million euros in turnover, equivalent to an increase of 47%. In terms of employment, more than 250 jobs are expected to be generated by the end of 2019 and more than 350 by the end of 2020.
