Today, we interview Agustina Denise Costa Pesce (Project Office Manager). We hope you get to know her experience working at our company.

What is your role at Inprosec?

Currently, I am a Junior Project Manager, which includes three different functions: Project Manager (project management), Support Technician (support in the daily operations of PMO and the Project Director), and Project Support (support in auxiliary tasks for Project Managers).

What would you highlight about your role within the company?

Having a multifunctional profile within the company, I consider it a unique opportunity to develop professionally in a comprehensive way and gain a great capacity for adaptation and flexibility in various situations and activities. This helps me develop my professional skills daily and engage in continuous learning.

What has Inprosec meant for your professional career?

Working at Inprosec undoubtedly adds significant value to my professional career, as it allows me to work in project management, applying what I learned in my studies and generating new knowledge daily through valuable experience.

How do you manage to balance personal and professional life?

To achieve a good balance between my personal and professional life, I usually estimate how my week will look in both areas and organize myself in advance. Additionally, with the hybrid work mode and the flexible hours promoted at Inprosec, it is possible to adjust time as needed. This facilitates maintaining that balance, and it’s something I personally value greatly.

What do you value most about working at a company like Inprosec?

What I appreciate most about working at Inprosec is the opportunity to be surrounded by highly skilled and passionate professionals. Working in this environment motivates me to keep learning and improving every day, in line with one of the company’s values related to continuous improvement. I also highly value the culture of collaboration and support within the team and, as mentioned earlier, the flexibility offered to maintain a good work-life balance.

Tell us an anecdote that caught your attention during your time at Inprosec.

One anecdote I can highlight is when I attended one of the company-organized events that included various games for us to interact with each other. It was fascinating to see how we performed in a setting quite different from the usual, which allowed me to get to know my colleagues even more and in a very fun way.

As an employee of a cybersecurity company, what advice would you give to any entrepreneur starting with their systems?

My main advice for any entrepreneur starting with cybersecurity issues is not to underestimate the importance of protecting information from day one. I find it very important to actively invest in measures that contribute to early security of their systems, whether it’s small actions like keeping software updated or using strong passwords, as well as conducting audits and providing training on the subject to their employees.

What are your hobbies after the workday ends?

After work, I like to disconnect and do things that help me relax and recharge. I usually listen to a lot of music, exercise, watch episodes of pending series, and spend time with friends and family.

Who do you “nominate” for us to interview next and why?

I nominate Carlos Docampo Casal because his interview would be very interesting.
