It is official, in October 2022 we have received the diploma certifying that REMOTE CONSULTING SERVICES, S.L. has achieved the ARDÁN indicator of gender equal company in 2022. In this edition only 4% of the more than 35,000 companies analyzed in Galicia managed to overcome the demanding parameters to obtain this recognition.
In addition, within the Inprosec group, we have internally approved an Equality Plan for both InprOTech and Remote Consulting together with the protocol for prevention and action against sexual harassment and gender-based harassment. From them we intend to eliminate any kind of inequality or discrimination that may occur in society on the basis of sex and integrate equal treatment and opportunities between women and men.
Ardan recognizes the Inprosec Group as a gender-equal company.
This indicator measures three different dimensions in each company studied:
- Equality by functions.
- Equality by salaries.
- Establishment of policies or actions in favor of gender equality.
Based on these parameters, companies can obtain a score between 0 and 1,000.
It is not easy to achieve business excellence. Nor is it easy to achieve gender equality in the workplace. However, Inprosec has managed to be among the 35 Galician companies in 2022 that have managed to reach the highest level of the scale, with IG Index scores exceeding 800 points. For this reason, we have been awarded the distinction of Gender Equal Company.
Although the situation in Spain has great room for improvement, at the Inprosec Group we defend and promote equal pay and equal opportunities, as well as different actions that encourage professional stability and facilitate work-life balance. We value work and performance always with objective performance appraisals regardless of gender.
